What started out as a passion for words resulted in a colorful career path that took Mary from writing real estate ads to writing for a record label. From proofing word puzzle magazines to proposal management for a tourism publishing company. To proofreading and copy writing for an ad agency.
All the while, Mary’s inner entrepreneur was always beckoning. So she began to freelance. And then established Word Charmers to get back into a team environment. After running the company in New York City for six years, Mary relocated to Los Angeles for a change of scenery.
When she’s not writing or reading, Mary loves to explore California, learn about different cultures, travel, bake, cook and embark on random adventures.
